Southend Round-table

  1. Sending deepest sympathy and love to all the family.
    Aunty will be dearly missed.
A life well spent touching so many others.
Sharing her wisdom and always showing love.
    Praying for you all.
I plan to be with you to celebrate her life on 20th
    Sending love Alison

    1. Thank you and lovely to hear from you Alison. Do send on our invitation onto all your family siblings spouses and children etc young and old. Found a lovely clip from you of mum at her 90th!

  2. I first met ‘Mrs Martin’ in the late 60′ early 70’s when I went to play with my best friends Taslim and Dele!
I remember with fondness the kindness she showed to me, her sense of humour and infectious laugh.
It was an honour for I and my wife Kate to be invited to her 90th Birthday Party and to see her again, surrounded by her beautiful family.
More recently she gave me words of encouragement and wisdom when she heard I was unwell. Her great, unshakeable Christian faith was such an inspiration.
Though her passing is sad she will now be with her Lord, among the angels with no tears, pain or sorrow.
For those left behind there will be none that will not have been blessed by knowing her.
    God Bless you Mrs Martin.
With love to all the family and remembering you all in our prayers at this sad time.
    John Knott
